Bookings are made and held by the platform each tour is listed on, not here. If you need to change a date, check a pickup window or request a refund, use the booking confirmation email you received — it carries the operator's own contact details and your reference number.
That is also the fastest route for a pickup query, because the operator holds the vehicle manifest for your date and we do not.
